“OOJ couture is a fashion brand that is for the people, and when I say people, I mean everyone.
“Clothes are a basic amenity, and I don’t think it should be targeted or designed only for the rich and influential; even the average Nigerian should be able to afford a good and classic outfit from us. Our prices are fair, and we don’t only give fair prices, we give our customers worth for their money.”
Joshua, whose passion for fashion goes as far back as his time in school, shared that “I discovered my passion for fashion and styling back in my university days when I began watching fashion shows and paying much attention to fashion magazines. This began to forge my fashion lifestyle; I’d style myself to school regularly and end up getting a lot of positive comments, not only from students but from lecturers as well. This boosted my drive and passion even more, that I began nurturing the idea of birthing a fashion brand and I’m glad it has become a full-blown reality.
Edo-born Joshua has a degree in Agricultural Science, and he established OOJ couture in 2019.
