Sex/Life’ Gets Green Light For The Release of Season 2 By Netflix

Netflix original web series, ‘Sex/Life’ has reportedly got the approval of the streaming platform for the release of the second season afte over 67 million reported watched the first season.

 

The news was announced by Netflix after processes for renewal of the family series was finally agreed.

 

Sex/Life is a drama series which with the sexual projections and exploration of married women as well as the effect on their marriage as the focus.

The Stacy Rukeyser created movie was reported inspired by ’44 Chapters About 4 Men’ which is produced by BB Easton and it features movie stars like Sarah Shahi as the lead role, Mike Vogel, Adam Demos and Margaret Odette.

 

During an interview, Rukeyser confirmed the renewal after the movie reportedly made record breaking numbers on Netflix. Confirming the news of the renewal, Rukeyser said:

 

“‘Sex/Life’ is a dream come true. To create a show about empowered female sexuality that has entranced so many millions of viewers is not only immensely fun but also incredibly gratifying.

 

“When I think about all the women who have reached out from all over the world to say that the show speaks to them in a deeply personal way, I am so inspired. I’m thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to continue telling this story for Billie, and for all of us.”- he added.

 

Although, as at the time of this report, no official date has been announced but Purelyng could confirm that plans are ongoing already.
