2- Bridges

Bridges will increase your gluteus strength and enhance your lower back as well.

How to do it:

  • lie down on your back and bend your knees and flat your feets
  • face should be looking up
  • keep your arms flat on your side with your palms down
  • lift your hip off the ground
  • hold in the same position for some seconds then backs down.

 

3- Squatting 

This will strengthen your legs and make movement easier. 

How to do it:

  • you will stand
  • lower your hips down from the standing position.

Do this 20-times as a beginner and 50 times when you get used to it.

 

4- Bicycle crunches

This exercise will activate your core muscles.

How to do it:

  • lie on your back
  • raise your heads and shoulders slightly above 
  • put your hands on the sides of your head
  • raise the other leg and bend your knees to your chest
  • twist through your core so the other arm will come towards your raised knee
  • lower your arm and leg at the same time
  • keep changing sides for like five minutes.

 

5- Push-ups

Push-ups will help strengthen your upper body.

How to do it:

  • first, bend on your fours
  • slightly place your hand wider than your shoulders
  • extend your legs backward
  • balance your hand and toes and tighten your core, contract your abdominal muscles and pull your belly button towards your spine and push up through your hands.
