RCCG: “I will take the vaccine if necessary for evangelism” – Pastor Adeboye

Pastor Adeboye

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has revealed when he will receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Cleric, who will preach in the early hours of Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the monthly Holy Ghost Night, said he has nothing against the vaccine and will only take it if necessary for evangelism.

Adeboye encouraged members of his church who wanted to get the COVID-19 vaccine to do so.

“I never said to you don’t get vaccinated, you have never heard that from me,” he said. Rather than living in fear and uncertainty, get vaccinated. If you believe that getting vaccinated will put your mind at ease, go ahead and do it.”

“Are you saying, Daddy, that you, too, could be vaccinated?” If there are countries in the world that say I can’t go there to preach the gospel because of vaccinations, I will do anything for Jesus Christ.”

“If vaccination is going to prevent me from doing the work that God has called me to do, I would be vaccinated ten times over.”

Adeboye went on to say that he would do anything for the gospel, including taking the vaccine.
